Google announced today it has agreed to buy Motorola Mobility for $12.5 billion. That’s a 61% premium.
Google will now own all the patents of Motorola and also directly jumped into the Handset market.

Reports: Apple iPad 3 coming next month
Latest reports suggest that Apple is planning to launch iPad3 next month along with iPhone5. It is also reported that Apple has plans to launch a low-end iPhone4S at the same time.
